How long does the process take?
3–6 weeks from discovery call to launch. Here’s the breakdown:
- Week 1: Free audit call, then fixed-price proposal (within 24 hours)
- Weeks 2–4: Design & build phase with review points so you’re never surprised
- Week 5–6: Final tweaks, testing, and go live
Your timeline depends on how quickly you provide feedback and content (copy, images, etc.). Most clients are live within 4 weeks.
After launch, we handle all technical setup and ongoing support. You’re live and we’re there to help.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. All our websites are built on WordPress, which means you have full editing capability. You can update pages, add blog posts, change images, and modify content without needing to contact us.
However, we don’t expect you to. Most of our clients prefer us to handle updates so they can focus on running their business. That’s why we offer ongoing support from £100/month, which includes hosting, security, backups, and minor updates.
Will I be trained on how to use the site?
Absolutely. After launch, we provide a handover session where we walk you through:

After 30 days, you have two options:

We recommend ongoing support because websites need regular updates, security patches, and content refreshes to stay competitive and rank well on Google.
Can I add more pages or features later?
Yes, completely. WordPress is built for growth. You can add new pages, new products, booking systems, contact forms, automations, whatever you need.
You can either:
- Do it yourself if you’re comfortable in WordPress
- Ask us to do it as a one-off project (we quote separately per feature)

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (BACS).
Our standard payment terms are:
- 50% deposit when you approve the proposal and we start work
- 50% on completion, before the site goes live
For monthly support plans, we collect payment via recurring bank transfer (simplest for both of us).
We can discuss alternative arrangements if you have specific requirements, just let us know.
What if I'm not happy with the final site?
We build sites based on a fixed-price proposal you approve upfront, so there shouldn’t be surprises. During the design and build phase, we show you work at key stages so you can give feedback and direction early.
If, after launch, you want revisions, we cover reasonable changes in the first 30 days of support (included at no extra cost). After that, ongoing changes fall under either your monthly support plan or are quoted separately.

Should I choose a Brochure, Business, or E-commerce website?
